About Mrs. Burlew

Hello all! I am currently a loving wife, a mother of two precious little ones, oh, and a fourth grade reading teacher too! I love all things creative, both inside and outside of the classroom. In my six short years of teaching, I've learned a lot. That being said, I am almost daily painfully aware of how much I still have to be learned. My goal through this space is to share not only ideas I've incorporated in my own classroom, but to highlight the brilliant ideas of others too.

Here is a little fun fact: did you know that even though Mrs. Stewart and I live more than a couple of states away, we were once upon a time real team teachers? While we've been blogging for a few years now, this is our first 'go' at teacher blogging, and we're so excited to join the fun!
