Hello there! I'm Katharine (aka Mrs. Stewart) and have been teaching elementary school for the past 7 years! In my career, I have moved schools 4 times, taught 3 different grade levels (1st, 2nd, and 4th), and have taught in two different states (Kentucky and Michigan)! Although I always feel like my current grade level is my favorite at the time, I have to say that my heart is definitely in the primary grades :)
I've been addicted to teacher blogs for some time and love seeing what other teachers are doing in the classrooms. I am so excited to finally join the teacher-blogger craze and I can't think of anyone better to team up with than my former team teacher, Patrice :)
